Itinerary
Day 1 (Fri. Nov. 7)
- Arrive in Panama City
- Stay in nice 5-star hotel (
Hotel Riu Plaza Panama - minutes from Casco Viejo, nice fitness center, pool, and buffet breakfast next morning)
- Use the
Tripio app to explore Casco Viejo (Old Town, pictured below), Panama Canal, etc. depending on how much time you have from arrival (activities not included Day 1; Uber is very prevalent, inexpensive and convenient)
- Use
Tripio app to find a cool local restaurant, etc. (meals not included Day 1)
Day 2 (Sat. Nov. 8)
- Breakfast included at the Hotel Riu Plaza Panama
- Fly to Bocas del Toro and Check in (
view flight schedules here)
- Enjoy villas, pools and beaches. Lunch on your own at any of the restaurants around or at your villas.
- Poolside welcome drinks at La Rosa Beach Club @ 6:30pm
- Orientation also @ 6:30pm
- Group dinner @ 7:00pm at La Rosa (nice buffet)- Socializing, games, good times at one of the villas or beach club
Day 3 (Sun. Nov. 9)
- 7:30am-8:30am - Breakfast at La Rosa
- 8:45am Dolphin Bay + Monkey Island Excursion (be sure to eat breakfast before and bring snacks, drinks, water, sunscreen, towel, swimsuit, etc.).
-Back by 1:30pm. Enjoy pools, beaches, games, and villas. Lunch on your own at any of the restaurants around or at your villas.
- Group dinner at 7:30pm in Bocas Town (meet at reception at 7:10pm)
- Socializing, games, good times at one of the villas or beach club
Day 4 (Mon. Nov. 10)
- 7:30am-9:30am - Breakfast at La Rosa
- 9:30am Starfish Beach Excursion (meet at Reception, 40-min ride each way)
- Beautiful, calm beach with tons of starfish, some restaurants, a fun banana boat, etc. We'll plan to stay 2-3 hours, but if at least 8 people want to leave earlier or stay later, we can arrange that with one of our boats.
- Beach, pool, explore, etc. Lunch on your own at any of the restaurants around or at your villas.
- Group dinner at 7:30pm at La Rosa (burgers, fries, salad, pizza)
- Socializing, games, good times at one of the villas or beach club
Day 5 (Tue. Nov. 11)
- 7:30am-9:30am - Breakfast at La Rosa
- Zipline Jungle Excursion
- Group 1 meet at Reception at 8:45am (Connor Maloney, names of others)
- Group 2 meet at Reception at 10:45am
- Group 3 meet at Reception at 1:45pm
- Group 4 meet at Reception at 3:45pm
- Beach, pool, explore, etc. Lunch on your own at any of the restaurants around or at your villas.
- Group dinner at 7:30pm in Bocas Town (be at Reception at 7:10pm)
- Socializing, games, good times at one of the villas or beach club
Day 6 (Wed. Nov. 12)
- 8am-9:30am - Breakfast at La Rosa
- Zapatilla Island (meet at Reception at 9:45am. Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, towel, drinks, and beach games)
- Back by 1:30pm for beach, pool, explore, etc. Lunch on your own at any of the restaurants around or at your villas.
- Group dinner at 7:30pm at La Rosa (nice buffet)
- Socializing, games, good times at one of the villas or beach club
Day 7 (Thurs. Nov. 13)
- 7:30am-9am - Breakfast at La Rosa
- Beach, pool, etc.
- Say "see ya laters" (the group will be so close at this point it won't be "goodbye" 😉)

What's Not Included:
* Airfare/transportation to Panama City, Panama (but we're here to help you through the process, it's easy.)
* Lunch and snacks (breakfast and dinner are included daily)
* Dinner in Panama City on night one
* Alcoholic beverages or drinks other than water (each villa has a full kitchen and clean drinking water is provided at each meal, juice is also provided at breakfast)
* Any activities you want to do while in Bocas that are not listed above
* Travel Insurance (here's a

FAQ's:
**Villas: The villas are very nice, you will be very pleased! Every couple will have their own bedroom and bathroom. Villa kitchens and pools are shared with other individuals or couples.
**Food and Drink: A quality breakfast is included every morning. A quality dinner each night in Bocas is also included. Lunches and Alcohol are NOT included. Each villa has a kitchen so you can load up on food, snacks, drinks, etc. There are also several restaurants around that you can grab lunch at for around $15-20.
**Getting There: E Z P Z ;) Your airport to PTY (Panama City, Panama), a Tripio rep will greet you there. Be sure to follow the WhatsApp group chat for updates. A night in Panama City, then a short Uber/taxi transfer to PAC (Albrook airport in Panama City) and a flight on
Air Panama from PAC to BOC (Bocas del Toro, Panama), which is already taken care of for you.
**How firm is the Itinerary? Firm, but this is your trip! If there's something you don't want to participate in or something else you'd rather do, we'll help you do that! We'll stick to this itinerary for all those who want to join the main group.
