FAQ's:
**Accommodations: We have great 5-star hotels booked in two of the most prime locations in Bali. Each couple will have their own room and single travelers will have their own bed in a shared room.
**Getting Around Bali: Tripio will provide transportation to/from the airport/resort as well as to/from each group excursion. Getting around in free time is on your own, taxis, Grab and Gojeck (similar to Uber) are convenient options prevalent in Bali.
**Getting There: E Z P Z ;) Fly in and out of Bali (DPS). We suggest checking Booking.com, Expedia, Kayak, Google Flights, and Skyscanner for best rates.
**How firm is the Itinerary? There are countless things to do in Bali and we've made sure your group will experience several of the very best! Some of the top excursions are booked in advance and are firm, but this is your trip! If there's something you don't want to participate in or something else you'd rather do, we'll help you do that! We'll stick to the planned itinerary for all those who want to join the main group.

Dubai has unique customs and laws that may differ significantly from those in the United States. Here are some key points American tourists should be aware of:
Behavior and Conduct
Public Displays of Affection:
Kissing, hugging, and other public displays of affection are generally frowned upon and could lead to fines or legal trouble.
Offensive Gestures and Language:
Swearing, rude gestures, and insults (including online) are considered offenses and can result in fines, imprisonment, or deportation.
Photography:
Avoid photographing people, especially women, without their permission. It’s also prohibited to take pictures of certain government buildings, military installations, or places of worship.
Modesty in Dress:
While Dubai is relatively liberal, it is still advised to dress modestly, especially in public places like malls and souks. Swimwear is acceptable at beaches and pools but not elsewhere.
Legal Restrictions
Alcohol Consumption:
Drinking alcohol is allowed in licensed venues (e.g., hotels, restaurants, bars), but public intoxication or drinking outside these areas is illegal.
Drugs:
Possession of even small amounts of illegal drugs can lead to severe penalties, including long prison sentences.
Cohabitation:
While Dubai has become more lenient, unmarried couples sharing accommodations may still face scrutiny in some cases.
Same-Sex Relationships:
Homosexuality is illegal in the UAE, and public displays of affection between same-sex couples could lead to legal issues.
Cultural Sensitivities
Ramadan Etiquette:
During Ramadan, eating, drinking, or smoking in public during daylight hours is prohibited, even for non-Muslims.
Religion:
Respect for Islamic traditions and religious practices is critical. Avoid making negative remarks about Islam or any religion.
Transportation and Driving Traffic Laws:
Dubai enforces strict traffic laws. Speeding, reckless driving, or driving under the influence can result in heavy fines or imprisonment.
E-Scooters and Bikes:
Only use them in designated areas and follow local traffic laws.
Electronic Devices and Social Media
Online Behavior:
Posting offensive content, defamation, or sharing images without consent on social media can lead to legal issues.
VPN Use:
Using a VPN for accessing restricted content or websites can be considered illegal.
By being aware of and respecting these customs and laws, you can enjoy your trip to Dubai without any legal troubles.
