* Airfare/transportation to and from Kona, Hawaii (but we're here to help you through the process, it's easy.) Also, booking flights can be a bit of a pain, so if you'd prefer, we can book your airfare as well. We charge the cost of the ticket + $85/ticket. If this is a nice time saver for you, let us know and we'll take care of it for you.

**Accommodations: The accommodations are luxurious and based on the size of your group, most rooms and bathrooms will be shared with others in your group.
**Ideal Group Sizes: 12-50 people
**Best Time to Go: Works great year round
**How much does it cost? Price per person varies based on size of group, shared vs private rooms, length of trip and time of year for trip. 6-day, 5-night packages as outlined above start at $2,810/person.
**Lunches: We are often on the go and therefore eat on the go, so we provide basic lunch items & plenty of snacks. Days where we aren't on the go, you can have the same simple lunch items & snacks, leftovers from quality meals of previous days (all of which are included in your trip) or you can take the opportunity to explore some of the Big Island's restaurants (not included).
**Deposit/Payments: Dates & spots can be reserved with a 30% deposit. All bookings and payments are nonrefundable once paid as we are spending time, money and resources organizing and prepping the trip along the way.
**Getting There: E Z P Z ;) Airport is KOA (Kona, Hawaii) with daily flights from every major airline. We suggest checking both Kayak & Google Flights with +/- 3 days to find the best rates.
**How firm is the Itinerary? Some of the top excursions are booked in advance and are firm, but this is your trip! If there's something you don't want to participate in or something else you'd rather do, we'll help you do that! We'll stick to the itinerary for all those who want to join the main group.
